Hi guys, today I'll be sharing my honest review of the me ISSEY MIYAKE's Trunk Pleats Bag.
I got this bag as a gift last December from my friend, and I just couldn't wait to use and style it!

Available in 21 colours, this bag features Issey Miyake's signature pleats. This line (me Issey Miyake) is kind of a diffusion line, so it's not that expensive. I'd say that the price is reasonably priced!
Because of the pleats, this bag will automatically cave in on itself. I placed a very thin A4-sized file inside and it works well at keeping the bag open.
I love how this bag looks unique, and how uniform the pleats are! I had essentials like an umbrella, makeup, etc inside at the time, and it doesn't look deformed whatsoever.
The more you put inside, the more it stretches and expands. I was worried that this would stretch the pleats and make it disappear, but even at full (even sagging) capacity, it always snaps back.
After a few weeks of using this bag, the pleats still look good. Since mine is in the off white colour, it has gotten a bit dirty. Very normal for a white bag, but I'm currently thinking of how to clean it/freshen it up in the future.
Overall I think it's a nice bag! It's convenient because I usually carry small & useless bags, so I'm always in need of an extra bag to carry more stuff. This just adds an extra pizazz and oomph since it's not your basic tote bag.
