Hi guys, today I'll be sharing all about my first ever KL Fashion Week experience.
I recently got invited to KLFW by Kit Woo, a Malaysian designer. For memory's sake, I'll be documenting my experience here on my blog!
On that day, I wore this custom Kit Woo shirt, and I basically built my outfit around it haha.
Top • Kitwoo
Pants • Uniqlo
Shoes • Shoopen
Belt • YSL
Bag • Charles & Keith
I've been eyeing this YSL belt for the longest time, I took this opportunity to finally buy it haha. I actually think that a new Balenciaga Hourglass would have matched nicely with this pussybow top too, but alas, my budget didn't allow it haha.
I did a separate shoot for this outfit, and you can click here to see those pictures and read more about it.
The show started at 5pm, so I headed to Pavilion around 4.30:
The event was sponsored by Samsung, and I had the chance to discover and play with their new ZFlip and Fold phones.
No event would be fun to go to alone, and for this event, I actually went with my friends Darren & Jian.
Samsung actually also collaborated with Kit Woo to create several looks to be paired with their new phones:
The main show focused on Kit Woo's SS22 collection. As per his aesthetic, most of the pieces were very him, and I could actually see myself wearing a lot of the pieces!
One of my faves would definitely be this graphic blazer:
A lot of the pieces were monochromatic, but I did. like the pops of pastel blue.
Another standout for me was the pastel blue jumpsuit!
After the show I took some pics with familiar faces I saw:
And that's it for this post! I hope you guys found it interesting.
See y'all in my next post!
