As someone who never dreams and often stays up late due to insomnia, I have found this spay quite relaxing. The scent is really calming and it's not too overwhelming. I usually spray it on top of my pillow and I find it really nice. I also spray it around mt room when I feel it needs a fresh pick me up!

I have to be honest, this is my least used product from this set as I do not really like applying roller oils. It boils down to personal preference! I have tried it, however, when I'm working from home and I felt a bit stressed. The oil didn't make me fall asleep, but it did help to calm me a bit.

Plant Origins Silk Sleep Mask

I've always wanted to try out sleeping masks to see if they would help with my insomnia, but it was so hard to find a nice silk one. I was looking for a silk one as silk is super soft and gentle, making sure your delicate eye area is protected.

I have to say, this mask is really good! It's super smooth and soft to the touch, and I think covering my eyes really "forces" my brain to take it slow and go to sleep.

One of the best things about this gift set is this diffuser + 10ml essential oil blend! I love diffusers and essential oils in my room in general as I love the smell and the different effects that oils can have on me. I was disappointed when a few diffusers I bought from Shopee broke after a few uses, so I was really excited to try this out.

You can put in as many drops of essential oil as you'd like:

And tadah! You can opt to turn off the light as well, and it actually has the option to let you choose how long it should stay on (30 mins, 60 mins, 120 mins & 180 mins).

Overall I really enjoyed this set as it really did help me sleep better. If you're someone like me who was looking for a new room diffuser, you can check this set out!
