Hi guys, today I'll be sharing all about Signature Market, their 5th-anniversary lunch & their new phase!
Founded in 2014, Signature Market is a website that offers wholesome products at wholesome prices.
Not only do they sell healthy snacks like nuts, but they also sell soups, breakfasts, baby foods and more.
Their price points aren't that high, and I think they're actually pretty reasonable!
Did you know that Malaysia is actually the fattest country in Asia and has one of the highest rates of obesity? This is mostly due to Malaysians' diet + the high prices of healthy/organic produce. Founders John and Edwin recognized this problem and wanted to provide a platform that not only provided access to healthier options but to make them affordable as well.
The event was held to not only celebrate their 5th year in Malaysia but to announce their latest phase as well!
As with all companies, Signature Market is always looking to improve themselves and innovate.

HACCP, also known as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, is an internationally recognized system for reducing the risk of safety hazards in food. Examples of hazards assessed by a HACCP system include bacteria, viruses, insects, natural toxins, pesticides, drug residues, decomposition, parasites, allergens, unapproved food and colour additives, chemical contaminants from equipment and building maintenance, radioactive compounds, glass, wood, stone, bone, plastic and metal fragments and objects.
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards so that it does not harm the consumer. This also shows that Signature Market is committed to giving only the best for the consumer.
In conjunction with their 5th anniversary, Signature Market also launched their new packaging!
Starting with 3 mix nuts, Signature Market's new packaging features their official colours and a convenient resealable bag.
I quite like the chic packaging, and I like how each nut inside is labelled!
With prices starting from RM10, the offer mix packs as small as 140g to big bulk packs as well.
The event was held in The Majapahit @ MARC Residence over lunch, and after the formalities lunch was served:
The lunch was super good, and we were actually told later that the lunch was made with products available on Signature Market! I was surprised because the food tasted so good!
I think my fave were these fritters + the noodles!
I almost forgot to mention! Signature Market's nuts now go through a slow baking process! With the help of Unox ovens that they have recently acquired, Signature Market utilizes slow baking in order to retain the flavour and also its nutrition value in all of their ingredients, giving the consumer consistent quality snacks.
I think it's good to start making healthy eating habits while you're still young. I tend to snack on sugary and carby stuff. Switching to mixed nuts is not only better for my body in the long run, it's also cheaper thanks to Signature Market!
