Hi guys, today I'll be quickly sharing about this new cafe below my office, Rage Coffee!
Located in Menara UOA Bangsar beside 7-11, Rage describes themselves as a technology and retail platform that empowers you to revitalise your day by ordering caffeinated beverages at the touch of a button on their app or in their venues. We discovered it as it's located just below my office + a friend recommended it.
Address:
Menara Uoa Bangsar, Unit LGF-3A, No 5, Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur
Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:45am to 8pm
Saturday 8:45am to 2pm
Sunday: Closed
Phone:
012-527 5451
Open all day, Rage offers both food and drinks:
The layout of the entire space is very chill, and it's intended to be like an open working space where you can drop by and connect with people/do your work. They have lots of power plugs available, and whenever I pass by, there always seems to be a fair amount of people working there.
The decor is nice and quirky, and they have unique names/slogans all over the place (more about that in the menu)
Here's what their menu looks like:
You can order drinks + food and choose from the (small) selection of cakes we had.
My boss brought my team down for a quick coffee break once, and we tried their drinks, a walnut cake + a salad while we were there.
One of the highlights of Rage is their neon-lit Rage Room which contains bean bags and a punching bag sfor letting off steam.
I've never heard of a cafe/working space having something like this, and I think it quite unique (and instagrammable).
It even comes fully equipped with boxing gloves!
Here's Mell and Bo letting of some steam:
As I mentioned, my boss brought my team down once for a coffee break, and here's what we had:
The drinks were not bad, and I would recommend the mocha. The cake was also unexpectedly very yummy, and I recommend it to those who like nutty flavours.
I don't think Rage is something I would recommend you to visit if you were someone who wants to have a nice meal or a day out. I would, however, recommend it if you're looking for an open space to work in in Bangsar. I'd definitely drop by again just to take a break + have a slice of that walnut cake.
And that's it for this short post, see ya next time!
