How Anyone Can Get Free Products + 0.8L Haul

Hi guys, today I'll be sharing my 0.8L hair & skincare haul, as well as how anyone can get products to review for free!

As a blogger, I always look at famous bloggers (or my sunbaes as I call them in my head) and feel so jealous. They always get loads of free stuff! The most kua zhang/extreme case I've seen is from PatrickStarrr's Snapchat. He literally has 3 rooms with boxes upon boxes of free things that he hasn't even touched yet.

Anyway, back to the topic. Sponsorship by a brand is something that I think is an achievement that every blogger aspires to achieve. It gives a certain sense of accomplishment and getting free stuff not only gives you content to blog about, you also don't need to spend a single cent.

I found out about 0.8L a few months back and I was so impressed. From what I read on their website, they say that advertising can boost a product's price by up to 50%. They thought "if people could learn about products on social media, could they get products at a lower price?"

0.8L was then born. They're a Korean based company that sends real, full-sized products to people, and in return, they have to write about their experiences/review on Facebook or on Instagram. Products that they give away are also available for purchase on their site at a much lower price. 

The best part? This whole giveaway scheme isn't limited to just bloggers, anyone can get a free product! I was informed that 0.8L is currently active on Malaysia, USA, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan and Germany, but if you search 0.8L on Instagram, a few other countries like Russia, Vietnam, Singapore, India and Taiwan have their own accounts as well!

0.8L usually posts what products they'll be giving away soon on their Instagram/Facebook. All you have to do is to follow their instructions. Sometimes all you have to do is fill in a form in your details, sometimes they ask you to share a picture. There's always multiple winners per product and they giveaway products very often, so if you live in any of the countries I mentioned above I recommend you go check them out right now!

 

0.8L was kind enough to send me a huge parcel of 5 products. In total I got 3 skincare and 2 hair care products. You can watch my haul here:

I've been so stressed and busy these past few days that I didn't have the time to create nice layouts/pictures for this post :( I hope the video will suffice!

The products all came wrapped in bubble wrap (as they came straight from Seoul).

As I mentioned in my video, I was glad to have received this It's Skin serum! It's my latest addition to my Power 10 Series Effector lol. Can't wait to post my full review on it!

(PS. I don't know how I found time to take a flatlay of this one. Those are Christmas decor that my mum made by the way!)
