[PROJECT] MAKE YOUR SKIN WHITER

since i have ALWAYS been commented about my AWESOME PERFECT brown complexion (XD) i decided to try making my skin WHITE :D coz even i'll admit, i AM getting dark, probably coz of exposure to sunlight for TWO HOURS everyday in the bus -,- so this holiday, i'm gonna un-tan myself ^^


from brown to white! ><


first of all i researched for tips on HOW to get whiter and OHMYGOSH millions came up~ so i chose the most reliable and my most trusted site, wikihow.com and something in it is dead on true! i kept on saying to myself *are you here?? are you watching me??* XD




so not only will this help me get whiter in a natural way, it also ensures that i won't look like a ghost! XD


Increase intake of Vitamin C
- keeps your skin strong by maintaining its basic support structure - collagen
- eating more foods that contain vitamin C like strawberries
- taking vitamin C pills (which is good coz i'm currently taking folic acids ^^


Eat more Vitamin A
- makes your skin strong so that your skin doesn't become weak or loose
- eat egg yolks, non-fat milk and oysters
- food also rich in vitamin A are papayas, carrots and watermelons

Minimize exposure to sunlight and pollution
- pollution is a cause of dull skin tone
- wear sunscrenn (sunblock)
- stay indoors


Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily
- will keep skin from drying


Exercise for 30-60 minutes
- detoxifies your body
- de-stresses your body


Make a face mask
- will whiten skin
- improves complexion


Recipies:



  • Recipe 1: Put a cucumber, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 5 teaspoons of honey, and 5 teaspoons of milk into a blender. Blend until well mixed. Pour mixture into a bowl. Stir in flour until the mixture gets a thick consistency. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Apply to your face one daily after you shower. You should leave it on for 15-20 minutes, and wash it off with warm water and a clean towel.
  • Recipe 2: Blend 1/4 cup of amaranth juice with a small amount of turmeric powder. If desired, add 1/2 cup of lime juice and milk as well. This should be applied to your face with a cotton ball. If you chose to add the lime juice and milk, massage your face and neck with the solution for 20-30 minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water when finished.
  • Recipe 3: Put a handful of almonds, fresh rosebud paste, and 5 tablespoons of fresh mint juice and honey into a blender. Blend until creamy. Apply the cream every night before bed. If refrigerated, the cream should last about a week.

Tips:




  • You can use either the papaya soap or the skin lightening/whitening lotion or cream alone, but optimum results can be achieved if you stick to the above regimen.
  • Look for a papaya soap that is of good potent grade, not the usual commercial products you normally see online.
  • Always seal back the whitening lotion and cream tightly, as the whitening ingredients oxidize and tend to become darker in color after time. This does not affect the potency of the product.
  • you can rinse your face in cool water.
  • If applicable, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face, leaving you with a greyish complexion.
  • If you want to get a very white skin then you have to maintain it by washing your face, and applying fairness cream twice a day.
